The Winterton Grand Bonfire and Firework display set out many years ago to give back to the local community as a way of thanks for supporting our annual show. Hence the low cost of entry to cover expences. The event has grown over the years to be one of the premier November the 5th nights in the area with £4,000 spent on a fantastic firework display.
This year we experienced the largest attendance yet with a mild and dry November evening, which started at 5-30pm. The fair ground with various rides and food outlets were well supported prior to the bonfire being lit by local MP Andrew Percy at 7-00pm. Followed by the Firework display.
Next years event will again be on the 5th which will be on the Monday Night.
